Stephan Wullschleger
Founder and advisor of DJOM KOSSAM, honorary president and accountant of the association Pro Milk Mali.
Stephan holds a PhD in food science from ETH Zurich and an MBA from IMD Lausanne. He developed a yoghurt culture for a local dairy product in Mali during his PhD thesis and has an international management experience in the consulting, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
Aguibou Sall
Founder and CEO of DJOM KOSSAM, coordinator for the association Pro Milk Mali.
Aguibou holds a degree of agronomy (Ingénieur en zootéchnicien) from the University of Bamako and got selected by the UEMOA[1]Union économique et Monétaire Ouest Africaine for their business education “talent du monde” with 14 other entrepreneurs from West Africa. He analyzed the dairy potential in the rural zones of Bamako during his final thesis, trained farmers for a local NGO and toady leads the business of DJOM KOSSAM.

Stephan Wullschleger leads the honorary board as president and accountant. The vice-president Brigitte Wullschleger, the actuary Nicolas Bocherens, and the auditor Markus Wullschleger support him.
